Samsonite, the global luggage and travel accessories brand, was struggling with inflated web traffic and misleading conversion metrics caused by heavy bot attacks. To address the issue, Samsonite turned to HUMAN’s Data Contamination Defense solution to separate human visitors from automated traffic and restore trust in its analytics.
HUMAN implemented Data Contamination Defense using behavioral fingerprinting and machine learning, with a direct integration to YOTTAA and no infrastructure changes required. As a result, Samsonite gained clean, reliable KPI data, improved conversion rates, reduced manual bot-response work, and could also better handle malicious activity such as carding and account takeover attacks.
