Indochino Protects Customer Experience and Online Revenue with HUMAN

Indochino, a made-to-measure men’s apparel brand with online and showroom sales across North America, was seeing rapid growth—and with it, increased bot attacks on its e-commerce portal. These attacks slowed site performance, hurt customer experience, skewed KPIs, and forced the IT team to spend significant time manually adjusting rules to prevent account takeovers (ATOs). Indochino turned to HUMAN and its Application Protection solution to help address the problem.

HUMAN Application Protection was implemented to detect and block malicious bot traffic using behavioral analysis, predictive methods, and intelligent fingerprinting, while integrating seamlessly with Indochino’s existing YOTTAA setup. The result was stronger protection against ATOs and other bot-based attacks, improved site performance, and a smoother experience for real customers. HUMAN also gave Indochino detailed threat intelligence dashboards, helping the security team make better decisions and freeing IT to focus on improving the e-commerce experience.
