Gazal Group, one of Australia’s largest publicly listed apparel companies, needed to improve the efficiency of timesheets, bundy cards, award interpretation and payroll data entry across more than 40 rosters in retail and warehouse locations. To move away from tedious manual processes, Gazal Group engaged Humanforce’s workforce management solution.
Humanforce implemented an integrated workforce management system that automated rostering, award interpretation, biometric authentication and payroll integration with Sage Micropay. The results were significant: payroll processing time dropped from eight days to four hours, time spent managing awards was cut by 75–80%, payroll time was reduced by 90%, and managers gained real-time visibility, better labour cost control and fewer errors.
