Human Made implemented a solution by merging UIC's two code repositories into one central codebase and introducing Composer to manage dependencies. They automated the build and deployment process by integrating GitHub Actions and configured Dependabot for automatic plugin updates. This resulted in a streamlined, automated workflow that enabled faster, more reliable deployments, improved collaboration across the university community, and allowed UIC's internal team to focus on innovation rather than infrastructure maintenance.
