The impact was significant: applicants could receive decisions in days instead of weeks, many avoided extra exams, and underwriters worked with cleaner, more usable records. Guardian reported that 77% of applicants had providers in the Human API network, 40% successfully connected their data, and among APS cases about 30% shared EHRs; in one comparison, records arrived in 3 days versus 43 days, and in another, 22 pages of EHRs replaced a 340-page APS with the same decision.
