BurgerFi Deploys Hughes Digital Signage and HughesON Managed Services for Better Promotions and a Stronger Omni-Channel Experience

BurgerFi, a fast-growing better-burger concept with 122 locations (97 franchised, 25 corporate) and 24 ghost kitchens, faced inconsistent, often stale digital menu and marketing displays because each restaurant managed screens independently and different vendors had installed hardware. BurgerFi selected Hughes Network Systems to deliver a uniform solution—Hughes Digital Signage and HughesON™ Managed Services—to enable centralized scheduling, dynamic pricing, and easier maintenance.

Hughes Network Systems implemented a cloud-based CMS, new and standardized signage players, and network management (including AIOps and nationwide field support), and integrated the system with Olo so pricing changes update automatically across all 122 locations. The result: consistent, dynamic content (videos, social feeds, region- and time-targeted promotions), elimination of monthly USB updates and stale screens, faster remediation, and freed-up corporate and local resources to focus on operations and marketing.
