Viejas Casino & Resort was undertaking a major expansion and renovation of its property, which included building a new 159-suite luxury hotel and spa and significantly enlarging its casino with new dining and gaming areas. The challenge was to oversee the overall development of this complex, multi-phase project. Hughes Marino was selected as the project management team to supervise the design phase, provide advice during negotiations, and monitor construction.
