Procopio completes 101,000 SF office buildout in 3.5 months with Hughes Marino

The law firm Procopio required a complex, high-end office tenant improvement for its new 100,000-square-foot space, which included unique design features like a multi-story stairwell and a rooftop garden. Hughes Marino was engaged to provide full project management services to complete this ambitious build-out on an aggressive schedule.

Hughes Marino successfully managed the project, coordinating the construction of several untested design elements, including a four-story cantilevered stair and a large art glass wall. Despite the challenges, they completed the $11 million project on its 3 ½ month schedule. The result was a state-of-the-art office that was also submitted for LEED Gold certification.
