Jewish Family Services completes a $6 million campus remodel with Hughes Marino

Jewish Family Services, a nonprofit organization, faced the challenge of undertaking a complete interior and exterior campus remodel while needing the facility to remain operational. They engaged the vendor Hughes Marino for project and construction management services to guide the complex redevelopment process.

Hughes Marino provided critical support by developing preliminary schedules and budgets for board approval, then managing the design and construction teams through to occupancy. Their solution included creating a phasing plan to allow the campus to remain in use. The results were a successfully transformed 12,000 SF campus, including a new commercial kitchen and environmentally conscious landscaping, completed under a $6 million contract.
