BioLegend transforms 40,000 SF campus phase 1 with Hughes Marino

BioLegend, a biotech and life science company, required the transformation of an existing 40,000 SF office building into research labs and creative office space. Hughes Marino was engaged to provide program, project, and construction management services to handle this complex campus project, ensuring long-term flexibility and efficiency in the new lab space.

Hughes Marino managed the entire design, permitting, bidding, and construction process for this phase. The solution was completed on time and under budget. As part of the project, high-performance glazing and water-efficient landscaping were installed, and Hughes Marino is also assisting BioLegend in obtaining LEED Certification and Savings By Design credits.
