Logiplex Solutions Ltd, a long-established IT reseller and service provider with under 10 employees, faced fragmented on‑premise systems (QuickBooks, Sage Line 50, Sage Payroll, Excel) that made inventory and serial-number control, accurate costing, supply‑chain management and periodic financial reporting difficult, and left sales teams unable to access up‑to‑date pricing onsite. To address this, Logiplex partnered with HUDMAN and adopted the Central ERP® solution.

HUDMAN implemented Central ERP® in 2014 to centralize financial reporting, inventory management, CRM and Bills of Materials, improving purchasing efficiency and giving Logiplex instant, accurate cost analysis and forecasting. The change reduced manual serial‑number and dispatch errors, tightened supplier part-code control, simplified cash‑flow management with backward and forward performance reporting, and replaced multiple disjoint systems at a fraction of the previous cost.
