Just Rollers plc, the UK's leading manufacturer of rubber and polyurethane covered rollers, was struggling with large volumes of stock, complex multi-site (UK and overseas) warehouse movements, time-consuming commercial invoicing and export paperwork, and difficulty tracking Vendor Managed Inventory using bespoke on‑site software and Excel. To address these challenges they engaged HUDMAN and its Central ERP® solution.
HUDMAN implemented a Vendor Managed Inventory system within Central ERP®, adding location- and part-specific serial numbering, import/export stock movement controls, and integrated commercial invoicing that auto-generates export documentation. The deployment delivered improved visibility and control of stock across UK and overseas sites, streamlined invoicing and export processes, and better monitoring of inventory—providing the “complete visibility” Just Rollers’ Systems Manager credits to HUDMAN.
