Hartpury College uses football as part of a broader focus on sport and education, developing players aged 16-25 who are often in transition after being rejected by professional clubs. The college wanted a way to support development on and off the pitch, while helping players and staff review performance in a more effective way.

Hartpury College has used Hudl Sportscode since 2007 and has integrated Hudl’s tools into daily coaching and analysis. Marc Richards said the system improves efficiency, gives instant access from anywhere, and helps players create their own highlights and learn from video in coaching and prep sessions. The college also plans to add player-led review sessions, where athletes collect and present their own clips back to the group.
