McGregor High School needed a simpler way to manage athletics ticketing, livestreaming, and scheduling for a small staff serving a proud local community. Before Hudl Tickets, administrators were using three different products, with three websites, three usernames and passwords, and multiple places to send fans.
Hudl Tickets brought those functions into one place through McGregor’s Hudl Fan profile. The school said the setup was simple, gate entry moved faster, and postgame reporting became easier because revenue was centralized; one administrator said reports now take ten minutes instead of thirty. McGregor also said the scanner is quick and that digital ticketing reduces cash-handling and fraud concerns.
