Penfield High School football coach Jay Johnson was trying to turn around a program that was light on tradition and victories while also managing the demands of family life during the season. He said coaching took up most of his schedule and that he needed more time at home.

With Hudl Assist, Hudl’s team of professional analysts broke down his games and gave him back four to five hours each week. Johnson said the service still provided the data he needed to prepare his team, and he later added Hudl Sideline to his workflow after seeing the time savings.
