Viessmann, a global manufacturer of heating and cooling systems with a 25-year presence in Italy, wanted to raise its profile with end users rather than just installers. Its website underperformed in search rankings, content was not tailored to final customers, and existing point solutions didn’t support a cohesive inbound strategy—so in 2015 Viessmann chose the HubSpot Marketing Platform to capture and engage that neglected demographic.
Working with HubSpot partner ArchiMedia, Viessmann defined buyer personas, launched targeted content (blogs, ebooks, whitepapers), and used HubSpot tools—SEO features, landing pages, Smart CTAs/Forms and Workflows—to nurture leads. The results: website traffic and leads up 200%, blog traffic up 900%, about 25,000 monthly visitors, 500+ new contacts per month and a stronger search presence (ranking for 45+ keywords), with 2% of contacts converting to qualified leads.
