Talent Clue is a Barcelona-based SaaS company that helps organizations hire faster by centralizing job postings and candidate data. When it entered the Spanish market in 2013, the product was new to many buyers and the marketing stack was fragmented (Hootsuite, MailChimp, etc.), so Talent Clue needed a unified inbound approach to build awareness, generate and nurture leads, and later pivot toward enterprise account-based targeting.
By adopting the HubSpot growth stack (Marketing, CRM and Sales) Talent Clue centralized its content, social and email efforts, implemented personalized ABM campaigns, and aligned sales and marketing around one CRM. The result: blog traffic rose 64%, leads grew 194%, and revenue increased 291% (with a 27% gain in the last six months).
