Casio UK, the British arm of the global electronics manufacturer, needed a simpler, more effective way to run inbound marketing and to stop valuable leads slipping between its sales and marketing teams. Its custom CRM and Eloqua marketing platform were hard to use, offered poor visibility of the customer journey, and limited the small marketing team's ability to scale.
Casio adopted the HubSpot growth stack (Marketing, CRM and Sales), migrated data with HubSpot onboarding and quickly built landing pages, smart CTAs, automated workflows, analytics and Sales Pro notifications to align teams and automate nurturing. In a short time organic traffic rose 12%, leads increased 496%, calculator sales grew 26% (9% revenue uplift overall), email open rates averaged ~40%, and lead quality and sales-marketing accountability markedly improved.
