Stella, founded in 2014, is Finland’s market leader in at‑home wellness and health services, helping over 45,000 people a year. As the company scaled, its founders found their patchwork of tools could not support growing marketing, sales and service needs—Stella needed a single, easy-to-implement platform that would build organic presence, streamline customer communications, and scale with the business.

Stella adopted the HubSpot Growth Platform (Enterprise Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs), using tracking, CTAs, forms, workflows, chatbots, a unified CRM and Service Hub helpdesk to centralise data and automate routine tasks. The result: 48% growth in organic traffic, 42% more site visitors, over €10M in additional revenue, the ability to handle 600 calls and 200 tickets daily, and the hiring of 400 new employees as the company surpassed 1,000 staff.
