Sberbank Slovenia, part of the Sberbank Group with 12 branches in Slovenia, was driving strong website traffic but struggling to convert visitors into qualified leads. To build a consistent funnel and nurture prospects, the bank partnered with HubSpot Gold Partner Actuado and adopted an inbound marketing approach.
Actuado defined six B2B/B2C personas and ran a targeted B2C campaign using HubSpot tools—shorter smart forms, Smart CTAs, Social Inbox, Email App and Analytics—offering a financial planning guide to drive conversions. The campaign exceeded its 200-lead goal, generating 941 leads and 53 sales-qualified leads, reducing cost-per-lead, increasing web traffic, and delivering strong engagement metrics (e.g., a 52% email open rate and 22% landing-page conversion).
