LDC is a UK-based data and technology business that maintains a field‑researched database of over half a million premises and provides location insight to retailers, investors, landlords and the public sector. By 2014 its online marketing was fragmented — a hard‑to‑navigate website, hard‑to‑find content, no reliable lead capture, and ad‑hoc email and social activity — so the company adopted an all‑in‑one inbound platform to unite its efforts.
Using the HubSpot Marketing Platform, LDC uploaded contacts, added tracking, built four buyer personas, and created targeted blogs, landing pages, CTAs and forms (synced to Salesforce), plus Social Inbox and analytics to close the loop. The results: form submissions rose 4X (from ~1,000 to 4,224), 57% of leads now come from organic search, 30% of new revenue is attributable to inbound, the sales cycle shortened, and selected content achieved conversion rates as high as 70%.
