Rankmi is a Latin America–based performance-review SaaS that helps HR teams manage employee performance. When outbound tactics like events and cold outreach plateaued, the company was generating fewer than 700 organic visits and about 15 organic leads per month and needed a scalable inbound channel to meet its goal of 38,000 annual visitors and 77 new customers.
Working with HubSpot Partner IDS Agency, Rankmi used HubSpot’s SEO Strategy Tool, buyer personas, pillar pages, supporting blog posts, CTAs/forms and automated nurturing workflows to build topical authority and capture leads. In nine months organic sessions grew 882% and new leads rose 645%; Rankmi recorded 12,626 organic visitors in one month (about 33% of its annual traffic goal), generated roughly 250 leads in a month, earned 21 featured snippets, and sped up sales conversions.
