Nile is a France-based inbound marketing agency founded by Karim Bouras in 2013 that set out to win retainer business by using inbound methodology. The company faced a conservative, industrial-market client base that largely didn’t know inbound marketing and relied on old-school tactics, while Nile’s existing toolset (WordPress, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) didn’t let it prove results or scale predictable sales processes.
Nile became a HubSpot Partner in August 2015 and adopted the HubSpot Marketing Platform and partner training—using Social Inbox, Email, Blog, Landing Pages, Workflows and HubSpot sales coaching to structure its sales and nurture programs. In eight months Nile saw website traffic grow 850%, leads increase 40X, and inbound retainers account for roughly 50% of revenue, with a growing retainer client base and plans to scale further.
