OCCEducación Implemented an Integrated Marketing and Sales Strategy to Grow Leads 35%

OCCEducación, the education arm of Mexico’s leading job site OCCMundial, launched to help job seekers pursue professional growth but struggled to position itself in a new market. The team relied on paid channels (display, AdWords, SEO) but lacked prospect segmentation, consistent follow-up and alignment between marketing and sales — limiting their ability to qualify visitors and convert them into enrollments.

They implemented HubSpot and the inbound methodology, trained staff with HubSpot Academy, and introduced lead capture, scoring and shared marketing–sales workflows. Within a year this drove a 35% increase in leads, a 5% rise in conversion rate and ~30% sales growth; the program produced 48,117 direct HubSpot conversions in 2014, helped unify teams, and scaled their database to hundreds of thousands of leads.
