Despite strong growth, its small marketing team relied on ad‑hoc social and email tools and a poorly integrated Eloqua setup, which made lead capture, nurturing and ROI tracking manual, fragmented and inefficient.
In 2015 Insights adopted HubSpot, integrated its heavily customized Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and used HubSpot’s landing pages, CTAs, workflows, training and Premier Services to standardize marketing and move to account‑based targeting. The change delivered a 562% increase in website traffic (including 157% organic growth), a 5× rise in leads and a 17.7% uplift in group revenue.
