Incenteev is a Paris‑based SaaS that gamifies sales productivity for enterprise teams. By 2016 it had a loyal client base but relied on disparate point solutions and outbound tactics, which made lead capture, measurement and thought‑leadership difficult; the company decided to adopt the inbound methodology and move to an all‑in‑one marketing platform.

Incenteev implemented HubSpot Marketing Hub (and Sales Hub), built a content library, CTAs, forms, workflows and Sequences, and leaned on HubSpot’s support and Academy to scale inbound skills. The change delivered clear business impact: ~12× website traffic, a 10× increase in monthly leads (from ~50 to ~500), and 2× year‑on‑year revenue growth.
