Identropy is a New York–based SaaS provider in the Identity Management-as-a-Service (IDaaS) space, helping clients meet security, compliance, and governance goals with a user-friendly identity management platform. Although they’d used HubSpot since 2011 to grow web presence and generate leads, they engaged a HubSpot consultant to audit their inbound strategy and improve the quality of leads passed to sales.

Following an inbound marketing workshop and consulting engagement, Identropy implemented improved CTAs, landing pages, buyer persona targeting, lead segmentation and workflows. The changes drove a 108% increase in leads and a 182% increase in landing page conversions, significantly boosting sales-qualified lead volume.
