MMLJ, a small U.S. manufacturer founded in 1941 and maker of the Dustless Blasting system, supports both industrial customers and entrepreneurs launching new businesses with its equipment. As the company grew, disconnected tools and repeating basic tech-support calls made it hard to scale service and keep sales, marketing, and support aligned—so MMLJ needed a centralized way to capture and share product and business knowledge.
By adopting HubSpot’s all-in-one platform and Service Hub knowledge base, MMLJ built a searchable, customer-facing library (and a private internal version) with articles, videos, and a support bot. The knowledge base let support send links instead of answering repeat calls, surfaced search insights to create missing content, boosted traffic and confidence during an online store launch, and became a single source of truth that improved both customer experience and internal efficiency.
