First National Real Estate (FNRE) is a not-for-profit cooperative of independent real estate agents with more than 350 offices across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Sue Goddard, FNRE’s Digital Marketing Manager, faced a scalability problem: the organisation had 600+ blogs and clearly defined personas but no calls-to-action, limited targeting and time-consuming manual processes that constrained lead generation and nurturing across its large network.
FNRE implemented the HubSpot Growth Stack to centralise content, automate workflows and deliver persona-driven smart content and CTAs, plus launched paid campaigns via HubSpot Ads. The result was rapid improvement in engagement and acquisition: a 54% increase in unique website visitors, 23% growth in pageviews and a 71% lift in leads, while workflows ensured timely lead distribution across the 350+ offices.
