MacGuffin is a Madrid-based events company known for immersive work with clients like IBM and McDonald’s, but its marketing had become outdated—relying on cold calls, direct mail and a mix of unconnected tools (MailChimp, Insightly, WordPress). The team migrated the website and blog to HubSpot, built buyer personas, created targeted content, launched landing pages and workflows, and moved sales onto HubSpot CRM for better alignment. The result: leads increased 29X, website traffic is up 3X, a top landing page converts 46% of visitors, the sales pipeline and revenue have improved, and manual spreadsheets have been eliminated.
