DW Inbound (DigitaWeb) is a Paris-based inbound agency founded in 2013 that helps SaaS, recruitment, FinTech and franchise clients grow. Faced with low lead volume from manual processes and scattered point solutions, the agency wanted an all‑in‑one automation platform it could use itself and sell to clients, so it evaluated partner programs and chose HubSpot.
By joining the HubSpot Partner Program and deploying the Growth Stack (Marketing, CRM and Sales), DW Inbound standardized personas, content, CTAs, workflows and sales enablement to sync marketing and sales. The move produced rapid results: web traffic, leads and revenue all doubled (about 300 leads/month), 100% of leads now come via inbound, the agency has 11 clients on HubSpot, achieved Gold Partner status and now runs client retainers instead of relying on AdWords.
