Del Monte & Partner (DM&P) is a Milan-based communications agency that produces roughly 5 million words of content a year. By 2016 it needed a way to make that output drive measurable client sales—moving beyond high-volume content to a system that generated qualified leads and recurring revenue—so it adopted the inbound methodology and joined the HubSpot Partner Program.
Using HubSpot’s Marketing, CRM and Sales tools, DM&P mapped buyer personas, reworked its content and automated nurturing with targeted CTAs, forms, workflows and sales sequences. Within a year traffic doubled, leads rose 5X to about 60 per month, all HubSpot clients moved to retainer contracts (12 clients on the platform), revenue grew and the agency achieved Gold Partner status.
