Parlor Skis is a Boston‑based, hand‑built custom ski maker founded by three college friends who turned a passion for skiing into a small‑business manufacturing venture. As the New England‑focused startup grew, they relied on Gmail, Excel and sticky notes to manage leads and complex custom orders, which became cumbersome and unsustainable for scaling the business.
