CrowdRise by GoFundMe, a leading fundraising platform for nonprofits, shifted from a B2C model to focus exclusively on B2B fundraising after its acquisition. That pivot required building a completely new B2B marketing and lead-generation framework from scratch to reach and qualify nonprofit customers effectively.

The team adopted HubSpot to centralize content, CRM, and automation—building lead-scoring workflows (using date-field logic) and a two-step demo request flow whose second “Thank You” form achieves a 70% completion rate.
