Brauer Natural Medicine is an Australian maker of plant‑based homeopathic remedies and skincare sold in over 4,500 stores. Despite strong demand and a long heritage, Brauer’s outdated digital stack (WordPress, Shoppe and MailChimp) forced manual data work, limited their online product range, prevented easy segmentation and closed‑loop reporting, and held back efforts to grow traffic, revenue and customer engagement.
Working with HubSpot partner The Kingdom, Brauer migrated its site to HubSpot and integrated Shopify via Revenue Conduit, added content (45 → 250 pages) and two blogs, and used HubSpot’s lead management and workflows to automate segmentation and nurturing. The results: database growth of 325%, social traffic up 573%, email click‑throughs up 175%, 5× more survey responses, real‑time analytics and easier site edits, plus ongoing training and support.
