BrandManager is an Australian inbound marketing and brand agency (founded 2009, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth) that started as a traditional digital shop. By 2012 CEO Tony Eades realised the agency couldn’t consistently demonstrate marketing ROI, so in 2013 BrandManager adopted the inbound methodology and joined the HubSpot Partner Program to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
Using HubSpot software, training and partner support, BrandManager built full‑funnel inbound programs—content, CTAs, forms, workflows, automated nurturing, sales enablement and the full growth stack—and taught clients to own the platform. The results: website traffic +1,000%, leads +500%, 37 clients on HubSpot (70% on retainer), staff growth from 4 to 15, ANZ’s first Diamond Tier Partner, client wins such as Crimson’s 12× lead increase and WBS doubling lead volume and quality, plus a HubSpot Impact Award.
