Adolfo Ibáñez School of Management wanted to expand its reach across Latin America but was held back by an inflexible, hard-to-update website, no clear calls-to-action, reliance on partner email blasts, and no way to track or nurture online prospects. Admissions director Alex Valero needed a mobile-friendly, analytics-driven marketing playbook to attract more leads and measure campaign performance.
Working with HubSpot partner LeadsRocket and implementation partner Market8, the school launched an inbound strategy and a responsive HubSpot COS site with targeted offers and landing pages for every stage of the funnel, plus mobile access and built-in analytics. The results were rapid and dramatic: an 11x increase in conversions and leads (within the first month), over 200 leads per month soon after, a 9.2% visit-to-lead conversion rate, and a 37% rise in students accepted per semester.
