GITEX, one of the world’s largest technology exhibitions, needed to run its first hybrid edition in 2020 and faced five key challenges: scalable and seamless delivery, intelligent lead generation, a flawless hybrid agenda, meaningful networking, and robust in-event support. To meet these needs, GITEX selected Hubilo’s hybrid event platform to power the virtual component alongside the on-site event.

The results: a 5‑day event across 6 tracks with 700+ virtual booths, 55k+ virtual attendees, 60k+ virtual booth footfall and 90k+ interactions—demonstrating Hubilo’s ability to scale and drive engagement for large hybrid exhibitions.
