Hemfrid, one of Sweden’s largest private home cleaning companies, was facing the challenge of handling more than 5,000 job applications a month with a lean talent acquisition team while preserving a strong employer brand and fair candidate experience. To manage this high-volume recruiting demand, Hemfrid looked for a way to save time in screening without sacrificing quality, consistency, or objectivity.
Hubert implemented an AI-driven screening interview integrated with Hemfrid’s applicant tracking system, TeamTailor, to automatically interview and assess candidates in Swedish or English using structured, competency-based questions. The solution saved over 75% of screening resources, around 70% of applicants completed the interview, candidate experience stayed on par with the manual process, and all hired candidates were automatically ranked at the top of the shortlist, helping Hemfrid shorten time-to-fill and scale hiring to more roles and locations.
