Voi, one of Europe’s fastest-growing scooter companies, needed a way to scale high-volume recruiting while improving speed, quality, and candidate experience. To address this challenge, Voi worked with Hubert and its AI-screening tool, integrated with Teamtailor, to add automated screening to their hiring process.

Hubert’s integration with Teamtailor enabled Voi to trigger AI-led screening interviews for applicants, evaluate candidates across skills, motivation, experience, and other criteria, and rank them more objectively. The result was a more efficient, bias-reducing recruiting process with the expectation of faster, more precise hires at a significantly lower cost, though the case study does not provide hard numerical outcomes.
