Jobzone, a recruitment company with offices across Sweden and Norway, needed a better way to handle high-volume hiring for roles such as event staffing. Manually reading CVs and calling each candidate was time-consuming, made the process harder to scale, and risked weakening the candidate experience. To address this, Jobzone worked with Hubert and integrated its AI recruiting solution into their Teamtailor ATS.
With Hubert’s chat-based structured interviews, candidates were screened automatically right after applying and evaluated on the same criteria, helping recruiters focus on the strongest matches. The results were strong: Hubert found the best candidates with very little manual work, about 60% of top scorers were hired, over 90% of candidates rated the experience as excellent, and time to fill was reduced by 80%.
