Jobandtalent, a high-growth staffing platform, needed a faster and more efficient way to screen and shortlist huge volumes of applicants for desk-less roles. Traditional CV review and phone screening were too resource-intensive, and top candidates were often only available for a short window, making speed critical. To address this, Jobandtalent partnered with Hubert and used its structured interview and automated candidate scoring solution.

Hubert implemented chat-based screening interviews that asked candidates structured open and closed questions, then automatically analyzed and scored responses to highlight the best matches in Jobandtalent’s ATS. The rollout was quick and phased, and the results included over 700 successful hires in the first few months, about 60% of top scorers being hired, more than 90% of candidates rating the experience as excellent, 80% faster time-to-fill, and 33% lower unwanted staff turnover.
