Hemfrid partnered with Hubert to handle a large flow of incoming applicants and improve first-stage screening for high-volume recruitment. Using Hubert’s structured AI interviews, Hemfrid could let candidates complete a short introductory chat interview anytime on any device, helping assess motivation, experience, skills, and other relevant competencies.
Hubert’s solution scored applicants from 0 to 100 and helped Hemfrid identify strong fits for manual review while filtering out weaker matches, reducing the workload at the screening stage. After more than 15,000 interviews and about 700 hires, Hemfrid found that roughly 94% of hires were successful, with only about 6% underperforming and around 75% of manual screening work removed.
