Hubble Reduces IT Reliance At Recology

Recology, an employee‑owned recycling and resource recovery company in the western US, faced a major reporting challenge: its outdated JD Edwards 8.0 ERP required MS‑DOS data extraction and produced inflexible reports that forced Finance to rely on IT, perform manual data dumps, and print paper reports—wasting time, money and resources and contradicting its WASTE ZERO mission.

Recology upgraded to JD Edwards 9.1 and implemented insightsoftware’s Hubble, which integrates in real time, offers prebuilt and customizable templates, and eliminates Excel exports and legacy printing. As a result, finance staff can run and modify reports without IT, analysis is faster and more accurate, and paper use and related costs have been largely eliminated.
