ICMA (International City/County Management Association), which runs the biennial National Brownfields Training Conference that draws up to 2,500 stakeholders, was struggling with heavy administrative burden and inefficient manual processes for managing 150 sessions and speaker submissions. To streamline calls for papers and content workflows while keeping the system simple for non-technical staff, ICMA selected Hubb (CFP, Content Management).
