Senior Planners Industry Network (SPIN) faced growing pains managing SPINCon with a two-person staff and volunteer regional branches: about 100 speaker submissions, multiple graders needed, and content scattered across web surveys and Excel spreadsheets. Hubb implemented a single, easy-to-use workflow that consolidated all submissions and collection material, supported multiple graders, and streamlined onboarding for staff and speakers. The platform handled roughly 100 submissions for SPINCon, eliminated error-prone spreadsheet handoffs, and earned strong user feedback — “Everybody loved Hubb” — enabling SPIN to focus more on community-building and plan expanded use of Hubb for future events.
