Casualty Actuarial Society Uses Hubb for More Reliable Conference Planning

The Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS), a professional association in Arlington, VA that provides certification and education for property and casualty actuaries, struggled with an unreliable abstract management system—unusable reports, multiple logins for different roles, poor UI, and no integration with their AMS (Abila netFORUM Enterprise). CAS selected Hubb, using Hubb’s call for papers, content management, and attendee experience solutions, to replace the legacy system and support growth and joint events.

Hubb implemented an integrated content-management and call-for-papers platform that syncs with CAS’s netFORUM Enterprise, pre-populates user profiles, and feeds content to the mobile app, websites, and printed materials. As a result, Hubb improved reliability and reporting, centralized event content, dramatically reduced staff time spent on updates and error-prone manual tasks, streamlined workflows, and delivered a better experience for speakers, track owners, and attendees.
