Dynamic Events, a 30-person event management and experiential marketing agency in Vancouver, WA, faced the complex challenge of running events that range from small executive meetings to 30,000-person conferences while managing massive content and staff across spreadsheets and disparate systems. To gain a single source of truth they implemented Hubb’s suite — including content management, speaker and session management, sponsor and exhibitor management, staffing manager/Expert Finder, attendee mobile app, evaluations, and real-time analytics.

Hubb centralized workflows and reporting, gave Dynamic Events real-time analytics, and added tools like the Staffing Scheduler and Expert Finder to manage 800+ staffers and make on-site connections. As a result, Dynamic Events can manage events with roughly 1,500 sessions, 1,500 speakers and 300 sponsors without spreadsheets, save significant staff time, reduce burnout and turnover, act more strategically for clients, and scale growth — contributing to their twice appearing on the Inc. 5000 list.
