RSA Insurance partnered with Hub to solve a major knowledge-sharing challenge across its affinity partner network. With more than 2,500 customer-facing staff spread across UK branches, RSA needed a central, easy-to-access source of truth for product information, training materials, and support to reduce email overload, improve consistency, and eliminate knowledge silos.
Hub implemented a multi-site knowledge management portal branded for RSA’s affinity partners, including single sign-on, an A-Z guide, live chat helpdesk, policy documentation, quizzes, news, and document libraries. The solution improved engagement and compliance, streamlined support, and made insurance learning more interactive and fun, helping RSA reduce emails and support tickets while boosting product knowledge across partner teams.
