Fountain Data Solution Cloud Data Center partnered with Huawei to build a new cloud data center in Shanghai that could support high-availability IT, cloud computing, and disaster recovery services for demanding industries such as banking, insurance, energy, and logistics. The customer needed a phased deployment approach, strong scalability, high security, and an energy-efficient facility with a PUE below 1.6.

Huawei delivered an end-to-end SAFE cloud data center solution covering planning, design, delivery, and maintenance, including modular equipment rooms, row-level cooling, hot/cold aisle containment, cabling, power systems, and monitoring. With Huawei’s solution, the data center achieved fast 8–12 week deployment, improved scalability and reliability, lower OPEX, and higher performance, while Fountain Data Solution expected to recover its investment in about three years.
